Chino Valley Canine Training Club
Welcome to our website!
We are happy to see you are interested in training your dog and/or competing in AKC performance events. The Chino Valley Canine Training Club of Arizona was founded in the late 1980s. We are a small, but steadily growing group who loves training and competing with our dogs.
Our members are also our volunteers who give generously of their free time and are the reason we are able to offer classes, trials and events in our community.
Our goal is to:
- Promote the quality training of dogs for behavior and/or competition
- Conduct classes for the training of dogs of all breeds, mixed or purebred and all ages from puppy through advanced, and their handlers in a positive and fun environment
- Host and support obedience & rally trials and matches under the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club
- Promote cooperation and good sportsmanship among the members in the training, handling and exhibition of dogs at trials and matches
- Educate area residents in dog care and training and the responsibility of dog ownership
UPCOMING EVENTS:
Dr. Mar is coming back for an eye clinic March 13 through 15, 2026. Minimum 75 dogs needed.

Supporting the Chino Valley Police Dept.'s K-9 unit
Town Council Meeting 9-23-2025
Chino Valley Canine Training Club members voted to make a donation of $5,000 to the local police department's K9 unit. Officers Sellers and his K9, Officer Sirius, were both there to accept the check.
