Classes & Training
As an AKC recognized club, Chino Valley Canine Training Club is committed to assisting owners in training their dogs for improved behavior as companions and family pets or even for performance in competition.
Whether you are looking for a class for your new puppy to teach them basic obedience and manners or to work toward competing in Obedience, Rally or Scent Work, we have a class for you.
(Classes are not held during the hottest summer months or during the coldest winter days)
AGGRESSIVE OR OVER-REACTIVE DOGS will not be accepted in ANY of our classes. See below for more details and what CVCTC has for upcoming classes & training.

Big & small
Size of your dog doesn't matter. AKC allows purebred and mixed breed dogs in performance events, like Obedience, Rally, Scent Work and Fast Cat.
Teaching basic exercises
From sit to down and being able to walk on a loose leash - our dogs are much easier to live with when they have basic manners.
Fee Structure
Class cost: $100 for each class that meets once per week, per dog, unless otherwise indicated. Please note cost increase effective for any class going on the schedule after 11/21/2025.
Please note: Classes will be cancelled due to poor weather as they are all held outside. If you are registered in a class, check your email or phone 30 minutes prior to the start of your class for updates when inclement weather threatens.

Occasionally, the club will coordinate special events, such as Rattlesnake aversion training, Canine Good Citizen testing, temperament testing OR health clinics and seminars; all of which are often taught by non-club members. These special events will be listed and priced separately.
