Arizona's long awaited obedience seminar!!

At the time of this writing, Mary has earned a combined 6 MACH or PACH titles, 4 RACHs, 8 UDX titles on 3 different dogs and finished 6 different utility dogs.  Mary has been fortunate to work and compete with a wide variety of breeds and learning styles and has amassed over 200 titles on more than 20 different dogs.  While she has had the pleasure of teaming with many different dogs, the great OTCh MACH RACH Hex UDX5 OGM has been the teammate of a lifetime.

Hex is most notably the first OTCh MACH RACH Samoyed & the first Samoyed to earn beyond a UDX4 and an OM2.  Mary is currently working Ch RACH Sonnet who is over halfway to her MACH & 9 points from her OTCh.  Sonnet is in rare company as one of very few dogs of any breed to earn High Combined or High in Trial and Best of Breed in the same day.

Mary loves helping dogs truly understand their job and perform with confidence and joy even in the stress of a trial environment. She prides herself on being able to think outside the box to teach a dog that doesn’t respond well to more conventional teaching methods. Mary believes that consistency, fairness, and clarity will produce a dog who can perform reliably and happily. 

Day 1:  Heeling - working w/your dog so they understand what their job is without a lure or leash.

Day 2:  Problem solving - Mary will address common problems and work with individuals on resolving hurdles in their own training.
